Is Kolafabriken's toffee gluten-free?

Yes, all our toffee is gluten-free. Our fudge, however, contains wheat flour and is not gluten-free.

Where are Kolafabriken's products made?

All toffee and fudge is made in our own factory at Svenstorpsvägen 2A in Bräkne-Hoby, Blekinge, Sweden.

Does Kolafabriken offer private label?

What is the difference between toffee and fudge?

Toffee is cooked to a higher temperature, making it chewy and firm, while fudge is cooked to a lower temperature, resulting in a soft and creamy texture. Kolafabriken was the first in Sweden to manufacture fudge.
