Fudge

We were the first in Sweden to make fudge. Our fudge is soft, creamy and comes in 8 flavours.

What is fudge?

Fudge is a soft, buttery confection originating from the USA and the United Kingdom. Unlike toffee, which is cooked to a harder consistency, fudge is prepared at a lower temperature, giving it its characteristic soft and creamy texture. Kolafabriken was the first in Sweden to make fudge and has since developed a wide range of flavours.
